- What does "locked-in" actually mean?
The number on the estimate you approve is the number on your invoice. Tax included. No shop fees, no disposal fees, no surprise line items added after the fact.
- What does the warranty cover?
Parts AND labor for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. Brake pads, water pumps, control arms, alternators — if we installed it and it fails inside that window, you don't pay a dime to make it right.
- How does the honest mechanic guarantee work?
Get a second opinion from any ASE-certified shop in writing. If they document that we recommended work your car genuinely didn't need, show us the report — your next service of equal or lesser value is on the house.
- Is there fine print?
Only the obvious stuff: warranty doesn't cover damage from accidents, neglect, or other shops working on what we fixed. Everything else is covered, no games.
